Different lengths in video titles causes padding for the video component to change when cycling through. Couldn't seem to hard code a size limit on the section due to different title lengths, would standardizing all the titles to a similar length work? |

I had trouble keeping up with the differences in repos and branches, so looks like some commits are just me keeping up, but most significantly -- implemented a video carousel using the Bootstrap carousel component class. Fixes #32
