Updates the license by adding a new line informing about modifications made in 2026 and newer being copyright of ProperDocs, while keeping the original copyright line unchanged.
This allows us to take proper credit and ownership of the modifications done in ProperDocs, while not claiming ownership of the original code itself, avoiding any issues with original copyright owners.
