Previously it made sense to split out this tiny project so it can be used on its own. However, now that properdocs doesn't contain themes, it is small enough in the first place. The code is taken from https://github.com/ProperDocs/get-deps/tree/34c49e6a0fbe98f66b7b91b6a99c551c6a4ceb70
This way, even mkdocs can still use the projects file maintained by us.

Either way, we shouldn't be depending on a package named "mkdocs-get-deps" at this point, at the very least alternatively a new package would have to be created
