No due dateThere is a page listing all content marked as shared with a network. Members of an organization can select a facet or story that is shared to make a copy belonging to their own organization. Certain base level meta information will copy with the content including credit, original organization, cutlines for assets and the content itself. The new organization will have to designate their own estimated run date to add it to their editorial schedule.
No due dateContent can be marked as Shared. This means content appears in any dashboard where external partners are able to see content shared with the network they are a member of. The content appears with limited metadata like author, description and estimated run date. The full version of the content is not accessible until the content is marked Ready to Share. Content can be designated as collaborative with a network or individual organization. This means that users from those organizations can see and edit all parts of the story as it exists in the owner account. Once the content is complete, the owner can mark the story as Shared or Ready to Share to make it available to other network organizations. By default it's already shared with the collaborative organization.
No due dateContent can have a number of associated statuses. Content can be marked as *Sensitive* which makes it viewable only to the owner and the editor. Toggling this status off makes the content available to the rest of the organization's users. (Nice to have: Edit conversation history stays private.) Content can have an embargo notice on it stating embargo terms. This status creates additional visual signifiers that the content has conditions on when/how it runs.
No due dateOrganizations can create networks and invite other organizations to participate those networks. The organization that makes the network manages member organizations, adding new organizations, and the metadata about a network. Network organizations can see the public profile of all the member organizations and all of the users associated with that organization. There is a page listing all organizations in a network and the users in that organization.
No due dateUsers can have private discussions with each other one-to-one or with multiple people.
