🚀 Quick Start

Prerequisites

• Python 3.8+
• Node.js 16+
• Telegram Bot Token

Installation

1. Clone and Setup:

cd /app
cp .env.example .env

2. Configure Bot Token:

# Edit .env file or set directly in bot/phase0_bot.py
TELEGRAM_TOKEN=your_bot_token_here

3. Install Dependencies:

# Backend
pip install -r backend/requirements.txt

# Frontend
cd frontend && yarn install

4. Run Services:

# Start all services
sudo supervisorctl restart all

5. Start Telegram Bot:

Creating an Escrow Deal

1. Start: /start → Luxury welcome card
2. Create: Click "🆕 Create Deal" → Generates ESCROW-ABC123
3. Join Group: Click link to enter private escrow suite
4. Assign Roles: Click "🔘 I am Buyer" or "🔘 I am Seller"
5. Set Addresses: /buyer TRX_ADDRESS and /seller TRX_ADDRESS
6. Escrow Active: Displays escrow address and QR code
