Adds a menu that allow you to toggle fullscreen and reposition/resize the QL window to best fit your screen.
It can set the window size to something outside the enforced 4:3 - 16:9 aspect ratio, so you can use your full screen height without wasting any more width than necessary.
This script requires a local [extraQL.exe] running on your PC and works best when the [resizeLayout] script is also enabled.
