- Go to

- Click Load unpacked → select the folder

Right-click extension → Options:
- Enable/disable platforms
- Reminder frequency (15min - 2hrs)
- Quiet hours
Tip: I recommend adjusting the reminder frequency in settings, it can get pretty nagging (that's the point).
