This PR adds .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/examples-support.yml, an issue template for users who run into problems when executing the examples. The template collects the example path, exact command, environment configuration (without secrets), and relevant logs so that maintainers can more quickly reproduce and debug issues related to this repository.
