Update Settings: List of supported and unsupported players

This PR adds and modifies the supported and unsupported list of players. The new additions have been tested by me on the following setup:

Device: Oneplus 13R (OOS16 | Android 16)
Dac: JCally JM6 Pro
Headsets: HyperX Cloud Alpha, Mi ANC 3.5mm

Overview of the changes:

• Youtube is now supported. Moved to the supported list.
• VLC is supported but causes issues on my setup even after applying suggested configurations. Videos launch at 100% volume (Almost deafened me) regardless of system volume and resets back to normal after volume is changed. Goes totally mute if I play another video. Only Force stopping VLC brings back audio but repeats the same issue. So, I added a disclaimer under it.
• Added 3 variations of KMPlayer, Playit player and Next player to supported list.
• Added 2 players to unsupported list.
