Register .plx as a recognized MTHDS file extension across the extension
(package.json, file watchers, markdown grammar injection, taplo.toml) and
LSP (goto-definition). Surface deprecation nudges in three places: an LSP
HINT diagnostic with DEPRECATED tag on every .plx file, a one-time
dismissable VS Code toast, and tracing::warn! in the CLI format/lint loops.
Also rewrites the repo and extension READMEs with clearer MTHDS positioning,
plxt CLI docs, and removes the composed upstream VS Code README in favor of
a manually maintained one.

The 0.1.1 release failed because some wheels were already uploaded,
causing pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish to abort with 400 Bad Request
before the sdist could be uploaded. With skip-existing: true,
already-present files are silently skipped instead of fatal errors.

Add .plx legacy support, PyPI publish fix, and package metadata
…ck target

Bump pipelex-cli version from 0.1.1 to 0.1.2 and update workspace-level
metadata (authors, homepage, repository) to reflect the Pipelex fork. Reorder
pyproject.toml sections for clarity and promote Evotis as primary author. Add
a `make lock` target to regenerate Cargo.lock after version bumps.
