  1. Some libraries replaced with targets
  2. Changes made in the search for external libraries
  3. Changed the order of adding headers and sources in projects.
  4. Partially changed header inclusion paths

Fix Cmake structure in project

5. Build core for windows(VS 2019)
6. Delete sourslists.cmake
7. Fixed adding submodule OF_DIS
