Проверил на тех дистрибутивах, что есть под рукой (Arch, Fedora, Debian testing, Ubuntu). Везде кроме Ubuntu используется FFmpeg 3.x, в последней убунте 2.8.6, причём в deb-based пакеты называются libav*-dev, но там реально тоже FFmpeg. |

Ещё нашёл статью на википедии, судя по которой libav используется только в Gentoo, и то опционально. А из-за того, что Debian одно время придерживался libav, сохранились неправильные имена пакетов. |

Видимо, надо во-первых, сделать детектирование версии, и во-вторых, добавить правильные пути к include. |
