This is a placeholderapi expansion to show the tps (ticks per second). Use %tps_tps% to show it. This expansion requires the tta plugin, so you must install that.
- Download the jar file from /Releases
- Upload the jar to /plugins/placeholderapi/expansions
- Install the tta plugin
- Restart the server
