A new CHANGELOG is included to keep track of changes, following the Keep a CHANGELOG convention.

In addition, this second release candidate:

  • implements the full v2 API (by adding the new duplicate status), and
  • includes better error reporting in case something is wrong with the configuration.

This latter point is still being discussed on the API-side of things but should not have to change before the 1.0.0 release.
