Add --no-transform and --no-align

This PR adds two new command line options:

• --no-transform
  • skips the image transform (scale, rotation)
  • implemented as described in RFE: Option to skip alignment #11
• --no-align
  • skips the whole alignment step
  • overrides all other alignment options
  • as requested in Request: add --no-align / what algorithm is used for alignment? #28 and Retain the alignment settings of one stack and apply the same alignment to another stacks. #58 (comment)

Should I be worried about the failing Windows build? Looks like this is failing for a while already.
Seems like the latest version installed by vcpkg isn't compatible anymore.

On the other hand, it would be nice to have a new official Release. Especially for Windows, since I did this change for my brother, who is using your software on Windows.

I think I may have fixed the workflow issues now, but we'll see. The build is slowish because of the dependency installation.

Released now. For me the Windows build required installing latest Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable but that could be just because I haven't updated the virtual machine in ages.
