Mastering Smart Square Fit 🖼️

The Smart Square Fit module is designed to standardize product images for e-commerce. It solves the common problem of inconsistent image dimensions by placing assets into a perfect square canvas, ensuring a uniform look for your online store.

Overview

This module focuses on post-extraction processing. Once you have your raw images, Smart Square Fit allows you to adjust the canvas, add background colors, and define breathing room (padding) around the product.

Key Features

1:1 Ratio Normalization: Automatically centers images into a square canvas.

Live Background Preview: Instantly see how different HEX colors look behind your product.

Adjustable Padding: Control the distance between the image edges and the canvas borders.

Lossless PNG Export: Maintains transparency and high quality.

How to Use

1. Input & Output Setup

Select File: Choose the image you wish to process.

Destination Folder: Select where the squared images will be saved.

Note: All files in this module are exported as PNG to preserve quality and transparency.

2. Styling & Layout

Background Color: Use the color picker to select a background. The Live View panel will update in real-time, allowing you to match the background to your website's theme.

Padding: Set a numerical value for padding. Higher values make the product look smaller within the square, while lower values make it fill the frame.

3. Execution & Monitoring

Progress Bar: Track the status of your batch process.

Logs & Preview: The log panel provides a detailed report for every processed image, while the preview window shows the final result.

Quick Access: Use the Open Folder button to immediately review your processed assets.

💡 Pro Tip

For large-scale operations where you need advanced automation and specialized e-commerce filters, we recommend using Phaos Pro from unboxer.gr. It is the professional offline standard for handling complex "Square Fit" workflows at high speeds.
