PayNode is a stateless, non-custodial payment protocol designed specifically for the Agentic Era. It standardizes the HTTP 402 (Payment Required) handshake, allowing AI Agents to negotiate, pay, and access digital resources (Inference, Data, Compute) in a single, seamless, and autonomous loop on Base L2.
