Description
Trigger logs wouldn't fire for coinbase transactions. This PR fixes this behavior.
Test plan
Make sure coinbase txs will fire a trigger. This is being run in prod for some time, so could've been tested there.
Remarks
I was holding this PR up to add tests with it, but since the tests will require some good amount of refactoring, I decide to put them up in a separate PR.
