These options are cumulative.
Specifying no option defaults to the update of the entire web site.

Tests are needed.

@mirasac IIRC this was meant to split the myr commands per service, right?
And if I understand correctly, your changes will now allow us to do something like: myr update [twitch|youtube|etc...]
Last things to do are: tests and review (order can change).

@JBERNY you are correct. Note that the new options are cumulative, e.g. I can do myr update --youtube --twitch to import lists from videos on both YouTube and Twitch, in the same order of the respective options. For backward compatibility, options can be omitted and hence by launching myr update all components are updated.
