Fixes a minor bug in loading of project list files in 1.3.0 where moth_tmp is never deleted.

Release 1.2.0 adds support for loading and modifying existing tracking data files. The command load has been added for this.
The structure of the data files has been changed slightly. Old data files remain readable and can be converted using the newly introduces convert command.

This release adds the feature of more nautral time string input to at / rt commands.
New usage: at <time>[s/m/h]. Time can be intepreted as seconds (s/no postfix), minutes (m) or hours (h).
