This update enables a few features that were developed a while ago and never enabled as well as fish!.

Additions:

Fishy Fishy
Added pu givefish command
Add SpeedyMinecarts
- When a minecart crosses over a powered rail with a Copper Block beneath it, it gets an extra speed boost!
Add DoorKnocker
- Punch a door with an empty to knock on it!
Make chickens drop feathers when they drop an egg with a 25% chance

Improvements:

Chest shops now each have a UUID to prevent duplicate database entries

Assets 3
