Chorus totem + chat fixes

Features:

• Chorus totem, teleports player back to their last position when they fall into the void
• Their position is saved every second when they are on the ground and on a "safe" block

Fixes:

• Removed all instances of § being sent in chat since the server doesn't like them anymore
