Update for the Android Studio icon

An update for the Android Studio icon, based on the PR #3674 by @enzoritto. I used most of his assets and tried to improve alignment. closes #3674

The eyes tend to look goofy. Feedback is welcome.

Hi @wilwarindi - a few thoughts -

• Is it possible to have upstream's 13-pointed star base shape? It'd really help the icon stand out in a world of logos-on-circles.
• The eyes can use shades very close to pure black, if that's what you need to make the characterisation work
• Feel free to give the eyes symmetrical sub-pixel alignments, if you really need it to avoid wonkiness
  • "Symmetrical" means, for example, the same offset rightwards for the top one that you apply leftwards on the bottom one.
  • It's all about balancing out the fuzziness
