This software is designed to make it easier to analyze data from semiconductor devices. It takes your measurement data, calculates important values, and creates graphs to show you the results. Right now, the software can analyze IV and CV data and calculate the depletion area. It will also plot the device characteristics. This version has just a foundational framework for a much more comprehensive program that will encompass a wider range of semiconductor device analysis tasks.
