Extract-tar is missing #13

In release 4.0, the rootfs project source code lacks the "extract-tar" tool. I'm not sure if there was a mistake somewhere.

The I should mention that we are in the process of moving from our rootfs script to Yocto, so the PandABlocks-rootfs repository will be archived at that point in favour of the Yocto firmware |

Get it，but why not use Petalinux directly? Petalinux is the official system compilation tool provided by Xilinx. |

Because we needed to learn about Yocto for other systems, and another project told us they had to switch to Yocto from PetaLinux to get the flexibility they needed. Also recently Xilinx has stated PetaLinux is intended for development purposes only, not for production. |

The
ROOTFS_TOPvariable is actually defined here:https://github.com/PandABlocks/PandABlocks-rootfs/blob/d964c360201f453cfad1c1225120b5c7f4f2fa6f/CONFIG.example#L6-L8
That points to https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/rootfs which has the correct script
