copilot-instructions.md用于指导 GitHub Copilot vibe coding / code review本来是用
AGENTS.md的，但AGENTS.md在 copilot review 时候好像不起作用……另外 PFCCLab/blog 先行测试了下：
看起来可能会影响自动 suggestion，后续在 docs 也多观察下，调整下效果，后续推到 Paddle 主 repo
