Imputation for W-2 wage share variable
PT_binc_w2_wagesto improve the accuracy of Qualified Business Income Deduction (QBID) amounts produced by Tax-Calculator when usingpuf.csvinput data. It is important to note that the logic of QBID calculation in Tax-Calculator is correct. What makes QBID results inaccurate when using the current version ofpuf.csvis that the value ofPT_binc_w2_wagesis zero for every filing unit in the current version of thepuf.csvfile. This PR is intended to fix thispuf.csvdata problem.
