Option to hide names on map

In this release, there is a new option to hide the names of subjects on the map. Improvements to the rendering of tracks, smoothing out the lines so they are now fluid and don't have sharp corners.

Use relative path to animal images

Remove use of PUBLIC_URL, instead rely on relative path to public/images/animal_icons/

Single ER public server

New configuration to specify the namespace on the single er public map server.
