Fixes:

1. Gas price gets fetched from Zilliqa API, fixing issue #120 #121 (and maybe #119) this is since Zilliqa increased minimum from 0.001 to 0.002 Zil fall 2020 but Zhip did not fetch min gas price from API but had 0.001 hard coded. Also note that a couple of days ago ZIP-18 has started being voted on, that proposes further increasing gas price from 0.002 to 0.1 ZIL.
2. Fix broken report issue on github link
3. Various UI fixes (mostly iOS 14 bugs)
