Decidim-module-emitter to Decidim 0.31

Testing

1. Log in as Admin
2. Go to Admin → Processes
3. Create a new participatory process:
   • Add an emitter name
   • Upload an emitter image
   • Click Save
4. Edit the created process:
   • Change the emitter name
   • Save
   • Verify that the hero image is preserved
5. Import a participatory process:
   • Go to Admin → Processes → Import
   • Upload participatory_processes.json
   • Click Import

hello @BarbaraOliveira13 , I encountered an error when trying to add an emitter created in a process to another process (cf screenshot). I think it is linked to the changes you made on the emitter_select=(value) method in participatory_process_form_override.rb 😉
