I have found a bug trying to compile snort. according to http://sourceforge.net/p/snort/mailman/message/34130268/ there is a problem with debugedit.c during rmpbuild. I have solved adding -D 'debug_package %{nil}' in line 22 of setup-snort.sh full command [rpmbuild --rebuild $TARBALL -D 'debug_package %{nil}']
