New chages to openrepeater as of 06/29/2015

Generated svxlink debian jessie pkgs, openrepeater debian pkgs, and built openrepeater repo.

Built a arm build server for debian pkgs for debian jessie

Building images for current arm devices: odroid-c1, beagle bone black, raspi-2

Gui Fixes: Changed from mysql to sqlite for better performance on emmc/sd. Removed swap from gui as not used on arm devices. Fixed gui to restart svxlink after writing out configurations. Added sudo user www-data and sudo scripts for start/stop/restart of svxlink. Added phpLiteAdmin for managing the sqlite database tables
