- Download the git repo file catalog.csv file
- Parse catalog.csv into a set

write all the scripts in a single module rather than writing each issue in a separate module as we need all the function in a single module when it will be used in Github Action , and close this PR and send a new PR with Unit test of the two issue you are fixing. |
