Another big refactor that improved a lot of old code

Introduced immer.js to make reducers immutable
Upload tags + photo in 1 request instead of 2 separate ones
Fixed change privacy switches in settings
Removed console.log from a failed Login response
Added a new switch to toggle litter presence (Picked Up, or Still there)
Added new tags + brands (incl Food:chewing_gum)
Fixed tags translation issues in German.
