Added ImageMagick package, that is used by various programs to do on-the-fly image conversions (e.g. via ImageMagick++ library).

Configure options are stripped down to the minimum, maybe need to be relaxed.

Are you needing this as a library for other add-ons? because you haven't built this package as an add-on ;)

No, I need it as a dependency for other non-addon packages.

I did not choose to build it as an add-on, because it does not directly add functionality to kodi. It behaves more like a librabry, which could be referred as dependency by other components (addon or not).

Is this still needed/wanted? I don't really want packages in here that aren't dependent on anything.
