- Sometimes don't show links at bottom of sidebar
- On results list page, only have link to results info page - not direct to external sites

Don't show download links on list or results page because user probably expects a filtered download and instead they get a download of everything. Don't show about button on about page ... because you are already there.

@jarofgreen - these changes look good to me on the dev site. I see that the list download links are only on the "About" page now, and the external list links have been removed from the list results page. |
