This PR closes #3 by first counting the number of disconnected physical atoms when considering terms to remove for higher order junctions. These are physical atoms that already have no angle or dihedral connections to ghost atoms via the bridge. The avoids the unnecessary removal of additional terms, when the requirement for treatment as a triple order junction is already met.
