Line number has changed, it's 1712 now, but the bug persists

Fortunately it's an easy tweak.

It would be nice to be able to do linux host, mingw cross-compiling out-of-the-box. We'll see if Javid can be convinced! Last time I talked with him about it he was quite against the idea. Don't understand his reasons but it's his project!

I'm a little confused, aside from this minor typo it's working out-of-the-box on MingW32 on Mint 22.1 for me without any other changes.

I've also got it about 90% of the way to getting both MacOS Intel and Aarch64 working as well. Again with no changes needed to olcPGE at all, just to my OSXCross environment.
