Functionalities not implemented for Add Material, Edit Name/Measurement and View Update History Buttons for Materials Page.

This frontend PR is related to the 2014 backend PR.

Main changes explained:

Implemented functionalities for Add Material, Edit Name/Measurement and View Update History Buttons using Redux.
Created Modals to Add Material, for editing and also for viewing the history of the Material.
Dark mode feature applied to this page.
Fixed filtering Issue of the page.
Now user is able to see the Materials list from the material dropdown.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to http://localhost:5173/bmdashboard/materials
6. Check whether Materials dropdown is populating values.
7. Verify filtering based on Materials and Project dropdown.
8. Verify AddMaterial functionality and same will be reflected in Materials dropdown.
9. Verify Edit Name/Measurement functionality and whether it is reflecting in the table.
10. Check for update history populating the correct values.
11. Verify responsiveness.
12. Verify dark mode feature is applied.
