How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. login as any user
5. go to dashboard→ https://localhost:5173/communityportal/activities
6. verify typing wrong spellings of the activity type and location
7. Some level of relevance is still needed for the search results to be seen.
