Improved animations, timestamp logging, offline support, storage

This release accumulates several major improvements over the past 5-6 years since the previous release. To highlight the most important changes:

• Collects logs with timestamps for flickers
• Add screen refresh rate estimation
• Adds service worker for offline support
• Switches to requestAnimationFrame for more reliable animations
• Switches to localStorage for saving settings and logs
• Switches to semantic versioning
• Refactoring the code to make it more robust
