Pub parser bug in dictionaries

This fixes a bug when parsing a pub dictionary with a key and no value.
The bug can be observed:

d = {f, g:4};
print (d); // ==> {f:null, g:4}

But:

x = 4;
d = {f, g:x};
print(d);// ==> {g:4}
