Fixes #721 This change allows (additional) `*.dts` files to reference Linux Kernel `*.dts` files and/or preprocessor macros.
This makes it possible to build on both aarch64 and x86_64 without editing the nerves_defconfig.
At some point in time, crash dumps stopped working due to the missing timeout. Given that these come in handy every once in a while, add the missing environment variable to avoid having to remember that no dumps are made without it.
Somehow this causes circuits_gpio to be compiled for host rather than target. Rather than debug, comment this out for now.
