Mexican counts and dukes are now called "Conde" and "Marqués" respectively (with female versions)
A Mexican duchy is now called "Marca"
--Both of these are based on actual titles in Colonial Mexico

Bureaucratic feudal rulers now get titles that reflect a more bureaucratic government, and legitimacy (at least in name, if not in practice) flowing from Imperial Authority
Cetic priests are now more Ascetic (no marriage, inheritance, and characters can be forced to become monks)

A Nomadic "Khan" are now called "Sheriff" and their realm is now called a "Range"
--The "Khan" localization was really taking away from the immersion

Charismatics have "The Holy Spirit" added as a god, "The Doubter" added as an Evil God, and their scripture changed to "The Word"

Mexican Counts and countesses called "Conde" or "Condessa"
Mexican Dukes and Duchesses now called "Marqués" or "Marquesa"
Mexican Duchies now calles "Marca"
(These are all actual titles used in colonial Mexico)

"Khan" now called "sheriff", and their lands called "ranges" (this has always been one of the bad immersion breakers for me).

Bureaucracy feudal titles worked into something more bureaucratic, to reflect legitimacy coming from lip-service to the empire.
realized one of the new Localization keys already existed.
Added localizations for charismatics

I would love to get some inputs from the devs on my edits. If they don't work fo the mod, that's fine, I'll just make a submod
