Occultists get +2 piety/month rather than -2 piety/month and Lore of the Old Gods trait from the Necronomicon.
Non-Occultists who possess the Necronomicon may convert to the Occult by decision. This gives them Lore of the Old Gods as well.
KNOWN ISSUES:
-The Embrace the Occult decision tooltip shows up wierd. The function is fine, though.
