Primarily targetted references to the muslim group since these are the most abundant, but removed references to others such as Jewish and Jain where I was aware of them.
I can't promise that this is every such reference but it should be most of them.
Not included are the Way of Life focuses and related decisions and events, since GSonderling already has a pending pull request for those.
