This repository contains the revision history for the PCA association paper, including:

• manuscripts/: The raw manuscript files
• scripts/: The complete codebase used to generate the data
• data/: The raw data, including tables of SRMSD and AUC values per PC and replicate, and all main paper tables and figures.
