Add reroll function

Adds ability to reroll tasks.
Requires right clicking, then clicking re-roll to avoid accidental re-rolls.

Added a new config option:
default will be disabled, 3 maximum, 0 for increment (resets to max)

Will show like this if you have rerolls enabled:

Rerolls are either incremented by config option, or set to maximum on task completion if increment set to 0.
When activated, your re-roll amount will start at whatever your increment setting is set to currently.

As we discussed in Discord, we'll have to put a hold on features that deviate too much from the official ruleset until we finalize the website integration.
