Is the numpy downgrade related to docstring tests or more? If it's more, it's becoming important to fix it. For docstring tests, something out of this PR, but might be a hint: #4372 (comment) |

It is related to the docstring tests. The CI deps do not change with this, by the way. |

Use dependency file located in macos/files to keep CI macOS runner in sync with app bundle creation script.
