NOTE: This PR is a work in progress

This adds a new class of simulations to the additivefoam app for simulating the coarse heat transfer in a part in order to get the final layer temperature after scanning and any wait time at the end of the layer (e.g., dwell time, recoating time, etc.). Will close #11.

To-do:

  • Determine best way to handle simulations that rely on the previous layer being simulated. A new Component type that requires sequential layers?
    • For the moment, the temperature_final_app uses the same component type as other build/part/layer type components. The logic in execute.py handles the sequential execution of the layer-wise simulations.
  • Update the template files in the temperature_final_part additivefoam app

Depends on #61
